What does the DEx want?

Supported by regional groupings and by its headquarters in Hagen, the DEx tries to ensure that companies wanting to tackle the demographic change receive active and qualified support throughout the entire country.

The demographic trend in Germany makes a status report of the companies inevitable:

• What does your company look like in five or ten years?
• What are challenges and opportunities in your region?
• Which human resources strategy appears promising?
• How should the marketing be adjusted to a changing customer structure?

The actors of the DEx are independent external consultants or trainers with different backgrounds of experiences on the one hand and cooperation-internal employers responsible for the demographic change and trained by INQA on the other hand. Common concern is the positioning of the demographic issue within companies.

This association is the leading interdisciplinary network of consultants and trainers in the subject area of demographic change in Germany. The members of the DEx assure that businesses are being supported and consulted with qualified and adequate expertise.
